Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the consumer receives the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to customer specifications
• Personalized artwork
• Custom-designed products

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, all payments will be refunded within 14 days.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
