General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop "Dazeverse".

2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer.
The contract is concluded upon order confirmation via email.
3. Prices
All prices are quoted in euros.
In accordance with § 6 para. 1 no. 27 of the Austrian Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no value added tax is shown.
4. Payment
For personalized products (e.g., collectible cards), full payment is required in advance via the payment methods offered in the online shop.
Production begins only after full payment has been received.
Custom commissions (e.g., A4 realism paintings) not purchased directly through the online shop are available exclusively upon request. Separate payment terms apply to these commissions.
5. Custom and Personalized Works (Commissions)
Custom-made or personalized artworks are goods produced according to customer specifications.
Such products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
During the ordering process, the customer confirms that:
- the uploaded image material may be used
- they possess the corresponding usage rights
Change requests after production has begun may incur additional costs and will be billed separately.
6. Copyright and Usage Rights
The copyright to all created works remains with the artist.
With the purchase, the customer acquires a simple right of use for private purposes.
Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution is not permitted without written consent.
The artist is entitled to publish images of the completed works for self-promotional purposes, particularly on her website, online shop, and social media platforms.
Personal characteristics (e.g., license plates) will be anonymized or replaced upon request.
The client may expressly object to the publication of their work at any time, before or after completion.
7. Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.
8. Applicable Law
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
